Knights of Columbus Superior Northern California Chapter

St. John the Baptist Respect Life Ministry in Folsom is organizing a diocesan-wide high school youth rally on Sunday, October 19. In cooperation with our pastor and the diocesan youth minister, we expect approximately 300 youth from the greater Sacramento area. The purpose of the rally is to enrich the Catholic faith of our youth, specifically focusing on chastity and the Eucharist.

We hope that you, as the Knights of Columbus District Deputy, will be able to advise us on possible ways to fund the rally. Our invited speaker is Chris Stefanick who speaks at Catholic schools and youth rallies across the nation. His speaker fees and air fare, as well as t-shirts and food costs, add up to considerable expense.

We have drafted a letter to K of C Councils requesting a donation of any amount. It is attached to this email and offers additional information.
would like to mail this letter to the Councils as soon as possible. Could you provide us with Council Grand Knight names and addresses?

Your help would be greatly appreciated. If you feel the attached letter is appropriate, please give us the go-ahead with a list of addresses that we can use.
